First things first, thank you for the incredible amount of support you’ve shown our celebs and your patches. It’s been a close fought battle but in the last few months a clear winner has emerged. Congratulations to Fazer and the skaters who thanks to an impressive lead have secured an extra £100k for skateparks nationwide.

But don’t break out the cakes and bubbly yet! There’s still just over a month (until October 31st to be exact) for you to vote for your patch to receive extra funding. So just one last push and you can help transform your local area.

Robbie says: "I'm gutted to have lost but it's been a real pleasure being part of the campaign. I've really enjoyed travelling across the UK and seeing some of the great work that Transform Your Patch has done improving 5-a-side pitches. "As a football fan, the more people that get out and play our national sport the better- and I'm sure the improved Patch pitches will help that."

Fazer says: "It's wicked knowing the public have really backed me over the past seven months and that all of your votes have helped me to secure extra funding for skate parks across the UK. It has been cool to go out and meet the people and the places that will benefit from Transform Your Patch and the extra funding. Skate parks are such an important part of the community, giving young people a place to practice a hobby together with their mates. I always loved using my local skate park when I was growing up and along with music, it was one of my passions as a kid, so I'm pleased to be able to give something back thanks to Transform Your Patch."
